BiasReceipt
BiasReceipt helps organizations measure inclusion in real moments, not annual surveys. It plugs into existing tools (Slack/Teams, email, calendar, HRIS exports) and generates “receipts” of inclusion signals: who gets airtime in meetings, who is repeatedly interrupted, who receives high-visibility work, and whether feedback language differs across groups. It then produces short, actionable weekly nudges for managers (e.g., rotate meeting facilitation, rebalance project allocation, rewrite biased performance notes) and a lightweight dashboard for HR/DEI leads. This is an AI-assisted analytics app, but it avoids overclaiming: it flags patterns and confidence levels rather than declaring intent. It also supports multi-country contexts by letting companies define protected classes and legal constraints per region. The goal is to make inclusion measurable enough to manage, without turning it into surveillance theater.
