An AI assistant helps draft scopes from past projects, flags missing documents, and highlights bid anomalies (e.g., unusually low pricing, excluded materials, non-compliant insurance limits). It also creates a board-ready summary and audit trail for owners who demand transparency. This is not a full property management suite; it’s a focused procurement workflow that can integrate with existing systems via exports and basic APIs. Realistically, adoption hinges on saving time and reducing disputes, not “transforming” communities.
