BidLedger

BidLedger is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) that helps frequent auction buyers understand what they actually spend and earn. Most bidders lose money through hidden shipping, buyer’s premiums, returns, and time wasted—then repeat the same mistakes because their data is scattered across emails, screenshots, and marketplace histories. BidLedger connects to major marketplaces via email parsing and optional account exports, then normalizes every purchase into a single ledger: item cost, taxes, premiums, shipping, delivery time, condition notes, and resale outcome. It supports simple inventory tracking for flippers (cost basis, listing price, sold price, platform fees) and generates clean profit reports for taxes. This is not a “bidder bot”; it’s a financial truth-teller for auction activity. The MVP focuses on accurate ingestion, reconciliation, and reporting—because if the numbers are wrong, the product is useless.
