BidPulse is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that streamlines RFQs for SMB and mid-market procurement teams who are drowning in email threads and messy spreadsheets. You create an RFQ template, invite suppliers via a secure link, and suppliers submit quotes in a standardized format (price, lead time, MOQ, Incoterms, payment terms, attachments). The app normalizes line items, flags missing fields, and generates a side-by-side comparison with a clear audit trail. An AI layer can extract quote details from PDFs/emails, detect outliers (e.g., unrealistic lead times), and suggest clarifying questions—without pretending to “negotiate” for you. It also tracks supplier responsiveness and cycle time so you can identify who consistently slows you down. This is not a full-suite ERP replacement; it’s a focused RFQ-to-award workflow that integrates with email and exports clean data to your existing systems.
