BidPulse is a web app with AI-assisted document parsing that helps government procurement teams and vendors track opportunities, deadlines, amendments, and compliance requirements in one place. It continuously watches selected portals (where legally and technically allowed), ingests solicitation documents, and extracts key fields like NAICS/PSC, set-asides, submission instructions, mandatory clauses, and evaluation criteria. Users get a clean timeline of changes, a checklist of required forms, and alerts when an amendment impacts pricing, scope, or submission format. The app also generates a “bid readiness” score to highlight missing items before submission. This is not a magic ‘win more contracts’ tool—it's a risk-reduction and time-savings system that prevents disqualifications and missed updates, which are common and costly. Designed for small procurement offices and SMB contractors who can’t afford full-suite procurement platforms.
