It centralizes opportunity intake, requirements checklists, compliance matrices, reusable answer libraries, and pricing templates so founders aren’t reinventing proposals every time. The AI layer drafts first-pass responses from your approved content, flags missing mandatory items, and highlights risky clauses (insurance, indemnity, payment terms) so you can escalate to a lawyer when needed. It also tracks deadlines, assigns sections to teammates/contractors, and produces a clean submission package (PDF + attachments list) with version control. This is not a “magic win” tool; it’s a disciplined workflow that reduces missed requirements, improves consistency, and shortens turnaround time—key advantages when competing against larger vendors.
