BidReady is a web + mobile app for small landlords and property managers to get reliable repair/turnover bids without the usual chaos. You create a job using a guided scope template (paint, flooring, HVAC, make-ready, etc.), attach photos/video, and set access windows. Contractors submit bids in a standardized format (labor, materials, timeline, exclusions), so you can compare apples-to-apples instead of deciphering texts and PDFs. The app flags missing details, unrealistic timelines, and common gotchas (e.g., no disposal, no patch/prime). It also tracks insurance/W-9, schedules walkthroughs, and generates a simple work order once you pick a bid. This is not magic: it won’t “find perfect contractors” everywhere. It will, however, reduce rework, change orders, and decision time by forcing clarity and documentation.
