BidShield is a web app (with optional mobile alerts) that monitors programmatic campaigns for spend anomalies and quality issues in near real time. It connects to major DSPs and ad verification sources, then flags sudden CPM spikes, suspicious placement clusters, geo/device mismatches, and traffic patterns consistent with bot activity or MFA inventory. The product focuses on fast, actionable triage: explain what changed, quantify likely waste, and provide one-click recommendations like blocking domains/apps, tightening supply paths, adjusting frequency caps, or pausing specific line items. It’s not a magical fraud “cure”—it’s a pragmatic control tower that helps lean teams react within minutes instead of after weekly reports. The MVP can start with two DSP integrations and rule-based detection, then layer AI for anomaly explanations and automated remediation suggestions.
