It pulls property context from maps, lets you sketch beds, turf, edging, and hardscape areas on top of satellite imagery, then generates a line-item estimate using your real crew rates, materials, and travel time. The AI helps draft scope-of-work text, exclusions, and change-order language, but you stay in control of pricing. Customers get a clean proposal with photos, optional tiers (good/better/best), e-signature, and deposit payment. The app tracks bid status, follow-ups, and why you lost jobs so you can stop underbidding and wasting site visits. It’s not a full field-service suite; it’s a focused “estimate-to-signed” tool that integrates with what you already use.
