BikeProof helps cyclists avoid expensive fit mistakes when buying bikes online or used. You enter your current bike’s key measurements (or scan a few photos with a reference object), your height/inseam, and your riding style. The app compares geometry between models and sizes, then outputs a simple “Likely Fit / Risky / Don’t Buy” rating with the specific reasons (reach too long, stack too low, saddle height limits, etc.). It also generates a checklist of what to measure when meeting a seller and flags common listing red flags (wrong size claims, incompatible seatpost, steerer cut too short). This is not a magic custom-fit replacement; it’s a practical decision tool to reduce returns and bad purchases. Monetization is a paid report per bike or a low-cost subscription for frequent shoppers.
