BillablePulse

BillablePulse is a desktop + web time-tracking app built for people who forget to start timers and later guess their hours. It runs quietly on Mac/Windows and builds a private activity timeline from app/window titles, calendar events, and optional browser domain tracking. At day’s end, it proposes time blocks and project labels you can approve, edit, or discard in minutes. It focuses on “good enough” accuracy for invoicing and retros, not surveillance. You can set client/project rules (e.g., Figma = Client A), create manual blocks for meetings or deep work, and export clean timesheets to CSV, QuickBooks, or FreshBooks. AI is used only to suggest categorization and detect gaps; you stay in control with an approval-first workflow and a hard “private mode” switch. If you want perfect tracking, this won’t be it; it’s for reducing admin overhead and missed billables.
