Users connect accounts or upload PDFs/screenshots; the app extracts plan details, fees, and renewal dates, then benchmarks against local offers and recent user outcomes. It produces a concise “ask” (target price, alternatives, cancellation leverage) plus a one-page summary you can email or paste into provider chat. During a live call, an optional call-assist mode listens (with consent) and suggests next lines, retention-department prompts, and escalation steps. It also tracks promises, creates follow-up tasks, and flags when a discount is set to expire. This is not a magic “we negotiate for you” service; it’s a practical toolkit that makes users more effective and consistent.
