The app then matches them to nearby grants, hardship funds, government programs, and vetted charities, and generates a “ready-to-submit” packet: eligibility checklist, required documents, and a prefilled application letter. It also includes a shutoff-risk timeline with reminders, a simple budget triage tool, and a directory of emergency options (warming centers, crisis lines). For nonprofits and municipalities, a lightweight case-management dashboard tracks referrals and outcomes. This is not a magic bill-reduction tool; it’s a practical navigation and paperwork accelerator for a fragmented system that people struggle to access under stress.
