BillGuardIQ is a web app (with optional desktop agent) for enterprise SaaS revenue assurance that continuously reconciles what was sold, what was provisioned, what was used, and what was billed/collected. It ingests data from CRM, CPQ, subscription billing, product usage, and payment systems, then flags mismatches like unbilled active entitlements, discounts applied outside policy, proration errors, duplicate invoices, failed renewals that still have access, and usage overages not captured. It outputs an auditable “leak queue” with dollar impact, root-cause hints, and ownership routing to RevOps, Finance, or Engineering. It’s a combination traditional + AI app: deterministic rules handle known controls, while an anomaly model spots new leakage patterns and seasonality shifts. Realistically, success depends on tight integrations and trust: if alerts are noisy or hard to validate, teams will ignore it.
