BillPulse

BillPulse is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that turns messy parliamentary/congressional activity into a clean, searchable workflow for professionals who need to know what’s happening now—not after a press release. It aggregates official bill texts, amendments, committee schedules, hearings, and roll-call votes, then normalizes them into consistent entities across sessions. Users can set alerts by topic, committee, sponsor, jurisdiction, or keyword, and get a daily digest that links back to primary sources. An AI layer provides plain-language summaries and “what changed” diffs between bill versions, but the product is built to be defensible: every claim is source-cited and auditable. The focus is speed and reliability for smaller teams that can’t afford enterprise lobbying platforms, while still being transparent enough for journalists and watchdog groups.
