BinBeacon is a mobile + web inventory location app for small warehouses, repair shops, and multi-room stockrooms that constantly lose time hunting for parts. It focuses narrowly on “where is it right now?” rather than full ERP/WMS complexity. Staff scan a barcode/QR on the item (or print one) and scan a location label on a shelf/bin; the app logs the move instantly and shows the last known location with a confidence score. An AI layer flags suspicious moves (e.g., item moved without a corresponding scan, repeated “missing” reports) and suggests cycle-count routes based on discrepancy hotspots. It also supports quick “temporary locations” (staging, carts, vans) so reality matches the floor. This is not trying to replace NetSuite/SAP—it's a lightweight location truth layer that can export to CSV or sync via API to existing systems.
