BinSnap

BinSnap is a mobile + web app for people and small teams who store lots of physical items in bins, closets, garages, lockers, or small warehouses and then waste time searching. You label each bin with a QR code, take a quick “dump photo” of the bin’s contents, and the app builds a searchable inventory without tedious item-by-item entry. Later, you search “HDMI cable” or “camping stove,” and it tells you which bin and where it lives (e.g., Garage Shelf B2). It also supports simple locations (room > shelf > bin), multi-user access for households or teams, and a “last seen” log when items move. This is not magic: accuracy depends on decent photos and occasional corrections, but it beats spreadsheets and memory for most real-world storage chaos.
