BioFCR

BioFCR is a mobile + web AI app for shrimp and finfish farms that forecasts feed conversion ratio (FCR) and flags likely feed waste days ahead. Farmers log daily feed, biomass estimates, mortality, and basic water parameters; the app then predicts near-term growth and recommends feed adjustments with confidence ranges. It also detects “data lies” (common in farms) by spotting impossible growth jumps, inconsistent sampling, or sensor drift, and forces a quick verification workflow. The goal is not fancy dashboards—it’s fewer bad feeding days and a tighter paper trail for managers and auditors. Reality check: if a farm won’t measure biomass even weekly or refuses to log feed consistently, this won’t help. But for farms already tracking basics, it can pay back fast by reducing overfeeding and improving harvest predictability.
