Users import a floor plan (PDF/DWG) or sketch a room, then set constraints like budget, daylight access, HVAC zones, and maintenance capacity. The app generates a practical plant-and-materials placement plan (not just pretty renders), including species suggestions by light level, irrigation approach, and a bill of materials with local sourcing placeholders. It also outputs a simple maintenance schedule and risk flags (e.g., mold-prone zones, glare issues, egress conflicts). This is an AI-assisted planning tool, but it’s grounded in checklists and constraints so results don’t drift into fantasy. The goal is to reduce the back-and-forth between design intent and operational reality, especially for offices, hospitality, and multi-tenant buildings.
