BioFlockOps

BioFlockOps is a mobile + web AI-assisted operations app for shrimp and tilapia farms running (or transitioning to) biofloc and low-exchange systems. It turns messy daily measurements—DO, pH, temp, alkalinity, TAN, nitrite, settleable solids, feed rate—into clear, conservative actions: how much carbon to add, when to reduce feed, when to increase aeration, and when to do partial water exchange. The app includes a simple “risk meter” for ammonia/nitrite spikes and oxygen crashes, plus a logbook that works offline and syncs later. It’s brutally practical: it won’t promise miracle yields; it focuses on preventing the expensive blow-ups that wipe out cycles. It also generates a weekly summary you can send to owners/investors and flags data that looks wrong (bad sensors, skipped tests) before it misleads decisions.
