BioMarkQC is a web app (with optional desktop agent) that continuously monitors biomarker assay performance across plates, batches, sites, and instruments. It ingests exports from common LIMS/ELN workflows (CSV, instrument output files) and flags drift, lot-to-lot shifts, out-of-spec controls, and suspicious recalibration patterns using statistical process control plus anomaly detection. The app generates audit-ready QC reports, assigns investigations, and tracks CAPA actions so teams can prove data integrity to partners and regulators. It’s not a magic “discover biomarkers” tool; it’s a pragmatic quality layer that reduces failed runs, prevents silent bias, and shortens time-to-decision in translational research and clinical validation.
