BioSecure is a mobile + web app (traditional app with light AI) that helps fish and shrimp farms run practical, repeatable biosecurity and health monitoring without needing a full-time vet on site. It guides staff through scheduled sampling (mortalities, gill checks, water parameters, feed behavior notes), enforces photo evidence, and creates a clean audit trail for managers and buyers. The app flags abnormal trends (mortality spikes, appetite drop, dissolved oxygen swings) and recommends next-step actions based on farm-defined SOPs (isolate pond, increase aeration, send samples). A lightweight AI model helps classify common visible issues from photos (lesions, gill color) but the product is honest about uncertainty and always routes “high risk” cases to a human review workflow. Reports are exportable for insurers, regulators, and processors. The goal is fewer catastrophic outbreaks through disciplined execution, not magic predictions.
