Handlers can create a case file in minutes with step-by-step prompts (warnings given, suspect behavior, environmental factors, medical checks), attach photos/video, capture GPS/time automatically, and collect witness/partner statements with e-signatures. The system generates a department-approved narrative and exports to PDF plus common RMS formats, reducing report errors that create liability. A lightweight AI layer flags missing elements, inconsistent timelines, and policy deviations before submission—without “writing the story” for the handler. Supervisors get a review queue, audit trail, and analytics on bite ratios, training hours vs incidents, and recurring risk patterns. This is not a training toy; it’s a compliance and defensibility tool built for real-world scrutiny.
