BiteTriage is a mobile app (with an optional web dashboard) that helps people respond to suspected snakebites with clear, location-aware next steps. It guides users through a short symptom and context checklist (time of bite, limb location, swelling progression, neuro signs), then outputs an action plan: immobilization steps, what not to do, and the nearest appropriate medical facility based on antivenom capability and ER level. It also generates a shareable “handoff card” for clinicians with timeline, photos, and vitals, reducing confusion on arrival. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI is used only for structured intake (voice-to-form) and photo-assisted wound documentation, not for species identification. Monetization is realistic via B2B partnerships (outdoor employers, camps, parks) and premium organizational accounts; consumers get a free emergency mode to build trust and adoption.
