BlackSwanry
BlackSwanry is a web app (with optional Slack/Teams integration) that helps teams surface “unknown unknowns” by continuously collecting weak signals from internal chatter and external sources, then forcing structured pre-mortems. It ingests public news, regulatory updates, incident databases, competitor moves, and your own tickets/docs, and clusters them into emerging risk narratives. Instead of pretending it can predict the future, it ranks uncertainty: what you’re blind to, where assumptions are brittle, and which areas lack monitoring. Users run lightweight monthly “unknowns drills” with guided prompts, red-team questions, and a decision log that records assumptions, confidence, and triggers that would change a decision. The output is a living risk radar: watchlists, tripwires, and a short weekly brief that’s readable by executives. It’s an AI-assisted decision hygiene tool, not a crystal ball.
