BlamelessLog
BlamelessLog is a web app (with optional Slack/Teams add-ons) that automatically builds a defensible incident timeline by stitching together signals you already generate: alerts, deploys, config changes, chat messages, and status updates. Instead of asking engineers to reconstruct events days later, it continuously captures key artifacts during the incident and produces a clean, exportable timeline for postmortems, audits, and customer comms. It focuses on “what happened when” rather than trying to replace your incident commander process. The product is intentionally narrow: timeline capture, evidence retention, and lightweight reporting. It integrates with PagerDuty/Opsgenie, GitHub/GitLab, Kubernetes audit logs, and Slack/Teams, then normalizes everything into a single chronological view with source links. AI is used only to summarize and label events, not to make decisions. If you can’t prove sequence and impact quickly, you waste hours and lose trust—this fixes that.
