BlameMap

BlameMap is a web app (with optional Slack alerts) for diagnostic analytics that helps teams explain why a KPI changed, not just that it changed. It connects to your warehouse (Snowflake/BigQuery/Redshift) and BI metrics, then runs automated “driver decomposition” across dimensions (channel, region, device, plan, cohort) to quantify which slices contributed most to the movement. It also checks common data pitfalls—late-arriving events, schema changes, tracking outages, and pipeline delays—so you don’t waste days debating bad data. The output is a ranked list of drivers with plain-English narratives, reproducible SQL, and a shareable incident-style report. It’s built for recurring business questions (conversion down, churn up, CAC spiked) and creates a consistent workflow for investigation, documentation, and follow-up actions.
