BlindspotIQ

BlindspotIQ is a web app + desktop companion that helps teams spot “unknown unknowns” before they become expensive surprises. It ingests lightweight signals you already have—incident tickets, release notes, vendor updates, customer complaints, policy changes, and meeting notes—then runs structured “what could go wrong?” drills. Instead of pretending to predict black swans, it produces a ranked list of plausible blindspots, the assumptions that hide them, and small, testable probes (cheap experiments) to reduce uncertainty. It also tracks weak signals over time, showing when multiple small anomalies start clustering into a credible risk. The output is decision-ready: a one-page risk brief, confidence level, and recommended next actions with owners and dates. The goal is not perfect forecasting; it’s faster detection, better questions, and fewer avoidable surprises.
