BlindSpotIQ is a mobile AI dashcam app that turns your phone into a real-time safety co-pilot. Mount the phone on the windshield, and the app analyzes the forward camera feed to flag high-risk behaviors around you—fast-approaching tailgaters, aggressive lane weavers, unsafe merges, and vehicles creeping into your blind spot. It gives subtle audio/haptic alerts and a “risk meter” so you can create space early instead of reacting late. After each trip, you get a short highlight reel of the top risky moments with timestamps and a simple map, plus optional export for insurance/incident documentation. This is not full self-driving and won’t be perfect in bad weather or at night; it’s a practical, low-cost layer of situational awareness for everyday drivers who don’t have advanced driver-assist systems.
