BlockBudget

BlockBudget is a mobile + web app for American football programs to plan, approve, and track season spending in one place. Most teams run on spreadsheets, texts, and last-minute reimbursements—leading to missed payments, surprise overages, and awkward conversations with boosters and parents. The app creates a season budget (equipment, uniforms, travel, officials, meals, medical supplies), assigns owners, and enforces simple approval rules before money is spent. Receipts are captured on-phone, matched to line items, and exported for the school/club treasurer. An AI assistant auto-categorizes receipts, flags duplicates, and predicts end-of-season burn rate based on historical patterns. It’s not glamorous, but it targets a real operational headache that coaches and team managers deal with weekly. Monetization is straightforward: per-team subscription with optional booster/parent payment links and premium reporting.
