BlockSeat is a mobile + web app that helps fan groups and small clubs coordinate sports trips (away games, tournaments, rivalry weekends) by bundling tickets, hotel blocks, and local transport into one shared itinerary and payment flow. Instead of endless group chats and spreadsheets, organizers create a trip page, set deadlines, collect deposits, and assign rooms/seats transparently. The app pulls live inventory via ticketing and lodging partners where possible, and supports “bring your own ticket/hotel” with verification and checklists when inventory isn’t available. It also includes a lightweight local guide focused on game-day logistics (stadium entry tips, parking, transit, meet-up points) rather than generic tourism fluff. Monetization is a service fee per traveler plus affiliate/partner commissions. This is not glamorous—execution and partnerships matter—but it solves a real coordination problem that repeats every season.
