BlueHelm
BlueHelm is a mobile + web app (traditional + AI) that standardizes and speeds up field incident reporting for peacekeeping missions. Patrols often rely on inconsistent paper notes, WhatsApp messages, or delayed situation reports that arrive too late to be actionable. BlueHelm provides offline-first forms for common peacekeeping events (civilian harm allegations, checkpoint incidents, UXO sightings, protests, armed group contact), with GPS/time capture, photo/video attachments, and chain-of-custody logging. When connectivity returns, reports sync to a secure web dashboard for operations centers, where supervisors can triage, de-duplicate, and generate SITREPs. An AI layer helps draft narrative summaries from structured fields, flags missing critical details, and suggests categorization/severity based on mission SOPs. It also supports multilingual entry with controlled vocabularies to reduce ambiguity. The goal is faster, more consistent reporting with fewer errors and less admin burden in the field.
