Blurbsprint
Blurbsprint is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) that helps indie authors and small presses craft, test, and iterate book descriptions (blurbs) and Amazon metadata without guessing. It combines traditional tooling (templates, genre-specific checklists, keyword fields) with AI-assisted rewriting and critique tuned for conversion, not “pretty prose.” You paste your draft blurb, pick your genre and comparable titles, and the app generates multiple variants, highlights weak hooks, flags confusing stakes, and suggests tighter structure. Then it runs simple A/B tests by producing ad-ready snippets and landing-page blocks you can rotate in your newsletter, BookFunnel page, or Shopify store. It also keeps a “blurb history” so you can see what changes correlated with higher click-through or sales. This is not a magic sales machine; it’s a focused optimization tool for a specific, high-leverage part of book marketing.
