BoardBrief is a web app with optional mobile companion that records HOA/condo board meetings, auto-generates minutes, extracts motions, votes, and action items, and publishes an owner-friendly summary in one click. It’s an AI + traditional workflow tool: the AI handles transcription and drafting, while the app enforces a structured agenda, attendance, and vote capture so the output is defensible. The goal is to cut the volunteer/admin burden and reduce disputes caused by vague minutes and missing follow-through. It includes a simple “decision log” that tracks what was approved, when it takes effect, and who owns the next step, plus a lightweight owner portal for read-only summaries and document links. This is not a full property management suite; it focuses on the highest-friction weekly/monthly pain: meetings and communication clarity.
