An AI layer turns intake forms and vet records into structured care instructions, flags conflicts (e.g., food allergies, medication timing overlaps, incompatible playgroup traits), and drafts daily report cards from staff notes—without pretending to diagnose anything. Payments and bookings are included, but the product is honest about the real pain: preventing missed meds, overbooking, and miscommunication during shift changes. It’s designed for fast training, low-tech staff, and chaotic peak seasons.
