BoardPulse is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that centralizes corporate governance workflows for small-to-mid public companies and late-stage private firms. It tracks board and committee calendars, action items, policy attestations, conflicts-of-interest disclosures, and meeting minutes with a clean audit trail. The AI layer helps draft minutes from structured notes, flags missing approvals, and summarizes unresolved risks for the next agenda—without pretending to replace counsel. The product is intentionally narrow: it focuses on “governance hygiene” and evidence, not full-blown GRC. Most teams today stitch this together with email, Word docs, and a generic board portal, which creates gaps during audits, financing, or litigation. BoardPulse aims to be the lightweight system-of-record for governance artifacts, making it easier to prove compliance and reduce embarrassing board process failures.
