BoardPulse is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that turns messy governance into a living operating system for boards and committees. It centralizes charters, decision rights, approvals, meeting minutes, and action items, then ties them to an auditable decision log. Instead of being a generic board portal, it focuses on governance structure: who owns what, which committees decide what, and how decisions flow. It includes lightweight templates for common governance models (startup, nonprofit, regulated, multi-subsidiary) and a “decision workflow” that captures rationale, votes, conflicts of interest, and follow-ups. An AI assistant can draft minutes from recordings, summarize packets, and flag missing governance steps (e.g., quorum not met, policy approval required). The goal is fewer governance mistakes, faster decisions, and cleaner audit trails without heavy consulting.
