BoardSift is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that aggregates job posts from multiple public sources and partner boards, then scores each listing for freshness, duplication, and “scam-likelihood.” It’s not another generic job board; it’s a cleaning and verification layer that sits on top of the messy job-posting ecosystem. Users can set role/location/remote filters, block companies, and create a “trusted list” of employers. The app highlights suspicious patterns (reposted too often, mismatched company domains, unrealistic pay, bait-and-switch titles) and collapses duplicates into a single canonical post with source links. An AI assistant helps users refine searches and generates a short, tailored outreach note for roles they choose, but the core value is the verified, deduped feed. Monetization is subscription for power users and a lightweight employer verification badge program.
