BondBeacon is a mobile + web app that helps foster and adoptive families share safe, structured updates with the people who matter (caseworkers, therapists, teachers, CASA/GAL, and approved relatives) without chaotic group texts or oversharing on social media. Parents log quick check-ins (mood, sleep, school, incidents, wins), attach photos/documents, and generate a weekly summary that stakeholders can read asynchronously. The app includes permission-based sharing, time-limited links, and an “audit trail” so families can prove what was shared and when. It’s not trying to replace agency systems; it’s a lightweight communication layer that reduces misunderstandings and repetitive storytelling. An optional AI assistant drafts neutral, trauma-informed summaries and flags sensitive content before it’s sent, but parents stay in control. Realistically, success depends on trust, privacy, and simple workflows—anything complex will get abandoned.
