BondLedger is a mobile + web app that helps people maintain deep friendships through lightweight structure: shared memories, intentional check-ins, and accountability that doesn’t feel like corporate CRM. You create a private “circle” (2–8 friends) and set a cadence (monthly, quarterly). The app prompts each person to answer one meaningful question, propose a hangout window, or share a quick life update. It then summarizes what everyone shared and highlights mismatched assumptions (e.g., “Alex thinks you’re free weekends; you said weeknights only”). It also tracks reciprocity signals (who initiates, who cancels, who follows up) and nudges the group to rebalance before resentment builds. This is not a social network; it’s a private tool for existing relationships. Monetization is a subscription for circles, with a free tier for one circle and limited history.
