BondPulse is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) for special districts to manage and report capital projects funded by bonds, assessments, or grants. It centralizes project budgets, change orders, vendor payments, and timeline milestones, then auto-generates board-ready status packets and public-facing summaries. The AI layer helps draft plain-language updates from raw financial and schedule data, flags anomalies (e.g., spending ahead of schedule, repeated change orders, vendor concentration), and suggests questions staff should answer before the next meeting. It also maintains an audit-friendly trail: who approved what, when, and with supporting documents. This is not a full ERP; it’s a focused “bond transparency + project controls” tool that sits between accounting systems and public reporting. Realistically, districts will only adopt if setup is fast and it reduces board meeting prep time immediately.
