BondRoster

BondRoster is a mobile + web app for chosen families who want consistency, not just group-chat noise. It turns “we should hang out” into lightweight commitments: recurring dinners, ride help, hospital visits, moving days, childcare swaps, and emotional check-ins. Each circle sets simple norms (response time, cancellation rules, privacy), then uses a shared calendar with RSVP accountability and a “coverage board” for tasks. The app tracks reliability privately (no public shaming) and nudges members when patterns slip. Optional AI summaries turn chaotic chat threads into clear next steps and who’s doing what. Payments are supported for shared costs (groceries, gifts, emergency funds) with transparent ledgers. The goal is not another social network—it’s coordination infrastructure for people who treat friends like family.
