BoostBudget
BoostBudget is a mobile + web app that helps enthusiasts plan performance mods with realistic, safety-aware expectations. Users enter their car, engine, fuel, climate, and current mods, then select potential upgrades (turbo, injectors, intercooler, intake, exhaust, ethanol blend, etc.). The app produces a conservative power/torque estimate range, supporting mods required, and a “risk meter” for knock, heat soak, fuel system limits, and drivetrain stress. It also outputs a budget plan with staged build paths (e.g., “reliable 350whp” vs “max effort 450whp”). This is not a magic dyno-in-your-pocket: it’s a decision tool that prevents wasted money and broken setups by highlighting constraints early. It can optionally ingest OBD-II logs to refine estimates, but it remains useful without logs.
