BoothRadar is a mobile + web AI app that helps conference attendees plan and execute a booth strategy that actually matches their goals (jobs, partnerships, vendors, learning). It ingests the exhibitor list, session catalog, sponsor pages, and floor map (via upload, link, or organizer export), then builds a ranked “hit list” with time estimates, walking routes, and suggested talking points per booth. Attendees can scan a QR at each booth to log notes, capture contacts, and auto-generate follow-up emails and LinkedIn messages. For exhibitors, it provides a lightweight lead capture page and post-show analytics (who visited, what they asked, and follow-up status) without needing the organizer’s expensive lead retrieval hardware. The product is intentionally narrow: it’s not a full event platform; it’s a personal “conference operating system” focused on ROI and follow-through.
