BoothRoster is a mobile + web app for car show organizers to run vendor and sponsor logistics without spreadsheets, endless DMs, or day-of confusion. Vendors apply, upload COI/permits, select booth needs (power, space, water), and pay deposits. Organizers drag-and-drop vendors onto a map, auto-generate load-in schedules, and push SMS updates when gates open, lines change, or a vendor is moved. A simple check-in mode verifies vendor QR codes and flags missing documents or unpaid balances. The app also tracks sponsor deliverables (banner placement, announcements, booth size) so you don’t “forget” what was sold. This is not a fan discovery app; it’s an operations tool that reduces cancellations, improves vendor retention, and makes shows feel professionally run even with a small volunteer staff.
