BordereauFix

BordereauFix is a web app (with optional desktop uploader) that ingests messy bordereaux from cedents/MGAs (Excel, CSV, SFTP dumps), validates them against treaty requirements, and produces a standardized, audit-ready dataset plus an exception report. It focuses on the unglamorous but expensive reality: bordereaux arrive late, inconsistent, and riddled with mapping errors that cascade into wrong premium/claims, slow commutations, and ugly reconciliations. The app uses rules + AI-assisted field mapping to detect schema drift, missing mandatory fields, currency/date inconsistencies, duplicate risks, and out-of-bound values (limits, attachment points, rate-on-line). Users get a “fix queue” with suggested corrections, confidence scores, and a full change log for audit and dispute resolution. It exports clean bordereaux to downstream systems and provides recurring data-quality scorecards per cedent/MGA to drive behavior change.
