BorderPulse is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that monitors administrative and international boundary updates and turns them into a clean, auditable change feed. Users subscribe to geographies (countries, provinces, municipalities) and get alerts when boundaries, names, codes, or jurisdictional notes change. Each change is tied to primary sources (gazettes, government PDFs, UN/OSM references) and includes a diff view: what moved, by how much, and what datasets are impacted. The product is aimed at teams who maintain maps, compliance rules, logistics zones, or reporting regions and are tired of silent boundary drift breaking dashboards and routing. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI helps ingest messy documents, extract structured change events, and flag conflicts, but humans still curate high-stakes updates. Realistically, success depends on data partnerships and disciplined editorial QA.
