Connect your inbox, accounting tool, and shared drive, then let BoringOps extract key details from invoices, vendor emails, and PDFs, route them for approval, and file everything consistently. It includes a lightweight SOP builder that converts a screen recording or checklist into a step-by-step runbook, then prompts staff (or contractors) to follow it with due dates and required evidence. A daily “Ops Digest” summarizes what needs attention: bills to approve, missing receipts, expiring contracts, and unresolved vendor threads. The goal isn’t flashy analytics—it’s fewer dropped balls and less time spent chasing documents.
