BotLedger
BotLedger is a web app (with optional desktop agent) that creates a tamper-evident audit trail for process automations across RPA tools, scripts, and API workflows. It captures what ran, who triggered it, what data was touched, which systems were accessed, and the exact input/output artifacts—then stores signed run records for compliance and incident response. Instead of replacing your automation platform, it sits alongside it via lightweight connectors and log collectors. An AI layer helps classify runs (e.g., payroll, invoicing, customer updates), detect anomalies (sudden volume spikes, unusual destinations, repeated failures), and generate auditor-ready summaries. The MVP focuses on a small set of high-value integrations (e.g., UiPath/Power Automate plus generic webhook/API and Windows task logs) and a clean evidence export workflow. This is not glamorous, but it addresses the unsexy reality: automation breaks, auditors ask questions, and teams often can’t prove what happened.
