BotSentinel
BotSentinel is a web app (with optional desktop agent) that monitors RPA jobs across common orchestrators and flags failures, slowdowns, and data drift in near real time. Instead of yet another dashboard, it focuses on the ugly reality: bots break because UIs change, credentials expire, queues jam, and downstream systems time out. BotSentinel ingests run logs, screenshots, exception traces, and queue metrics, then uses AI to cluster incidents, identify the most likely root cause, and suggest the next best action (restart, credential rotation, selector update, retry policy change). It also generates a weekly “bot health” report that quantifies business impact (minutes lost, invoices delayed, SLAs missed) so ops teams can justify fixes. This is not a full RPA platform; it’s an observability and triage layer that reduces firefighting and downtime.
